Dear CMC Friends,

I am deeply grateful for your trust and confidence in my leadership. It is an honor to serve as the President of the Canadian Multicultural Council (CMC) for a second term. Your support means the world to me, and I am committed to working tirelessly to elevate CMC to greater heights in the year ahead.

As I shared in today’s AGM, I made every effort during my previous term to attend as many community events organized by our member organizations as possible. I promise to continue being present and engaged in your events. Please don’t hesitate to inform me well in advance so I can join and support your initiatives.

Looking ahead, I have outlined a few strategies to ensure CMC continues to thrive and make a positive impact:

  1. Nominate Leaders for the CMC Executive Team
I encourage each member organization to nominate one or two individuals to join the CMC executive team. This will strengthen our leadership and representation. I am expecting your nomination ASAP

  2. Share Your Events with Us
Let us know about any events you are organizing and would like CMC to participate in. We would be delighted to support and join your efforts.

  3. Promote Your Programs Through CMC Media
If you’d like your programs to be featured on CMC’s media platforms, please share the details with our Media Coordinator. We are here to amplify your voices.

I sincerely look forward to your active participation and continued support in making CMC a beacon of multicultural collaboration and progress. Together, we can achieve great things for our communities.

With warm regards,
Dr. Tulsi Dharel
President,

Canadian Multicultural Council (CMC)
