I am so delighted and would like to express my deepest gratitude & appreciation to each one of you for your entrusting to support me with this exciting responsibility. I am fully aware of the expectations and challenges that come with this role, and I am ready to fulfilling them to the best of my capacities in the coming days ahead.

As we all know, CMC has always been an ideal of multiculturalism, promoting understanding, respect, and integration among all cultural groups in Canada. As we move forward, I have projected to continue this legacy while also bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to move forward towards the Canadian multicultural environment even better than what we have now.

In the coming days ahead, I look forward to meeting many of you in person and hearing your thoughts and ideas on how we can further enhance our council’s multicultural fabric. Your active participation, insights and contributions are invaluable to the growth and success of our council.

Let’s continue to foster together a community that celebrates Diversity, promotes Inclusivity, Equity and upholds the values that make us uniquely Canadian.
